1. General By visiting and shopping at PurrShop (purrshopp.myshopify.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products We sell cat toys and related products. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We accept payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Contract By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. EU Consumer Rights If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
