Return & Refund Policy

At PurrShop, we want you and your cat to be completely happy with every purchase.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
